I briefly visited Yosemite on the way to San Francisco. It was incredible and I absolutely have to plan a second visit for when I have more time to stop and explore. There are two main entrances to the park, I came from the eastern side on 140 through Mariposa.
You can see why Yosemite is known for being one of the best places for climbers.
Some pretty serious tree action going on here. Living in Las Vegas makes you kind of forget trees are a thing.
A last view looking down over the valley with half dome peaking out in the distance
Heading home the sunset was really beautiful on CA Route 58. This is from the parking lot of the Tehachapi Love's truck stop.
